Welcome to the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at Langtree School—a welcoming community of parents, carers, and staff working together to make school life even better for our students.

We’re full of energy and always ready to get involved. Our fundraising sits at the heart of what we do, with popular events such as quiz nights bringing families and the local community together while raising essential funds. We also proudly support key school occasions throughout the year, including Christmas events and the annual drama productions—helping make these moments memorable for everyone.

Thanks to the incredible generosity and support of our community, the PTA recently contributed £8,000 towards equipment to help furnish the newly revamped science labs—an investment that will directly enhance learning for students for years to come.

Alongside fundraising, we also roll up our sleeves and get stuck in. Our termly Love Our Langtree (LOL) sessions bring volunteers together to help care for the school grounds, with activities like planting and weeding that keep the environment looking its best and create a space everyone can be proud of.

Every pound we raise—and every hour we give—goes straight back into Langtree School, supporting enrichment opportunities, improving facilities, and creating experiences that help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Getting involved doesn’t have to be a big commitment. Whether you can lend a hand at an event, join a LOL session, offer skills behind the scenes, or simply come along and support, there’s a place for you in the PTA.
